Shipping rates are calculated at checkout to ensure a guaranteed price and door-to-door delivery. 
 
BUZIGAHILL ships worldwide with DHL Express using DHL’s Domestic Duty Paid (DDP) services. With DDP, your ordered products will, under normal circumstances, be delivered directly to your address at no extra charge. Through DDP, import duties are not applicable for your order.  
 
Orders to the USA below $800 will not be taxed. Clients in the US are advised to split orders above $800 into different parcels.
 
However, BUZIGAHILL cannot take responsibility for changes in jurisdiction and random checks by officials at customs offices which might affect DHL DDP services. 
 
Products are dispatched with the relevant delivery note and sent to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes. Delivery times quoted on the site are approximate times, which represent average processing and delivery times, only on business days. In order for these delivery times to be met, the customer must ensure that he/she has provided accurate and complete information with regard to the delivery address (for example, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
 
 
After the item has been shipped, we will provide an email with the tracking number. You can follow your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service by indicating the tracking number. If the goods are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents, the customer has to complain immediately to the responsible courier and has to refuse acceptance. This does not affect the warranty rights. In addition, the customer must immediately contact BUZIGAHILL by e-mail so that BUZIGAHILL can protect any rights against the courier.

RETURNS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 7 days. We will exchange any unworn, unwashed item if you return it to us within 7 days of receipt of your online order. 
 
To begin the return process, please send an email to kampala@buzigahill.com and we shall provide you with the return details. 
 
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days from receipt of returned items for processing.
 
All items that are returned must be unworn, unwashed and have their original packaging. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. BUZIGAHILL is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
 
For some payment service providers, a refund fee is automatically charged (PayPal 2.9%). BUZIGAHILL reserves the right to deduct applicable refund fees from the initial fee unless we have acted in error in which case the full amount will be refunded.
