BUZIGAHILL SHIPS WORLDWIDE WITH DHL EXPRESS USING DHL’S DOMESTIC DUTY PAID (DDP) SERVICES. WITH DDP, YOUR ORDERED PRODUCTS WILL BE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO YOUR ADDRESS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THROUGH DDP, IMPORT DUTIES ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR YOUR ORDER.  

 

HOWEVER, BUZIGAHILL CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHANGES IN JURISDICTION AND RANDOM CHECKS BY OFFICIALS AT CUSTOMS OFFICES WHICH MIGHT AFFECT DHL DDP SERVICES.

RETURNS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT WITHIN 7 DAYS. WE WILL EXCHANGE ANY UNWORN, UNWASHED ITEM IF YOU RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER. 

 

TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO KATALE@BUZIGAHILL.COM AND WE SHALL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RETURN DETAILS. 

 

YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEMS FOR PROCESSING.

 

ALL ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE REFUNDED, OTHERS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMERS AT THEIR OWN COST.


THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. BUZIGAHILL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS NOR DUTY REIMBURSEMENT IN THE CASE OF INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES. WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUNDS IF THE PRODUCT RETURNED DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
