Multicoloured T-shirt fringe scarf, made using second-hand T-shirts that have been cut into thin strips and woven together.
It takes 21 hours to upcycle this unique RETURN TO SENDER scarf at our studio in Kampala.

Localising second-hand clothing is part of the RETURN TO SENDER upcycling philosophy. By hand-cutting the T-shirt into thin strips, the original artwork is rejected and distorted. Each strip is then individually pulled and stretched to become what we call a T-shirt fringe.
